Ingredients: 1/2 cup diced onion 1 c. diced tomatoes 2 tbsp. chopped garlic 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper 3 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking Instructions: Cook trout as desired and top with Tomato-Basil-Garlic Sauce. Sauce preparation: In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté remaining ingredients. Simmer 10-12 minutes and pour over trout.
