Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. butter 1 can coconut milk 3 c. chicken stock 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions 1/2 c. diced red bell pepper 12 oz. diced raw or cooked salmon 1 c. kernel corn 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. black pepper
