Ingredients: 12 oz. Scallops 1/2 c. diced onion 2 c. bread crumbs 2 tsp. Italian herbs 1/2 c. olive oil 1 tsp. chopped garlic 1/2 c. finely diced cooked bacon
Cooking Instructions: Place Scallops in an oiled casserole dish. Sauté onions and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pour over Scallops and bake for 20 minutes in 350° oven.
