Ingredients: 2 pieces Coleson Foods Tilapia filets 2 Sweet French rolls Barbeque Sauce: 1 c barbeque sauce 1/4 c honey 1Tbsp Tabasco sauce
Cooking Instructions: Make sauce by combining sauce ingredients.
Serving Suggestions: In an oiled baking dish, place fish and salt lightly on both sides. Pour barbeque sauce and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Toast the French rolls and place one piece of the fish on one of the rolls. Additional Comments: Eat now and cool the other piece of fish and use as a meal later, cold. I keep the roll and the fish separate until I’m ready to eat it.
