Ingredients: 2 c cooked wild rice or wild rice/white rice blend, cooled 1/2 c diced celery 1/2 c diced red onion 1 c pomegranate kernels 1/4 c diced mint 1/4 c honey 1/4c white wine vinegar 1/3 c bland oil (canola, vegetable) Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: Mix the honey, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and toss with the other ingredients, chill.
