Ingredients: 1 pkg Coleson’s Catch Sole Fillets Salt and pepper 3 Tbsp butter 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Cooking Instructions: Place Sole in a baking dish, season with salt & pepper, and sprinkle with garlic. Slice the butter and place on the sole. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Cover and bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes. Serving Suggestions: Good with rice or French bread; serve with your choice of vegetable.
