Ingredients: 1 pkg Coleson’s Catch white fish of your choice 1/2 c Macadamia nuts, diced & toasted 1/2c Salted Butter 2 tsp Parsley, chopped
Cooking Instructions: Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook over high heat while whisking until brown. The toasted nuts and the brown butter make the most remarkable tasting sauce. Any type of nut can be used.
Bake, pan fry, grill your choice of Coleson’s Catch white mild fish.
Serving Suggestions: Pour brown butter over cooked fish or serve on the side.
