Ingredients: 1 pkg Coleson’s Catch Barramundi 1 c Assorted Mushrooms, sliced 1 Tbsp Capers 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 1/4 c Marsala wine 2 Tbsp Butter Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: Put all ingredients in a casserole with the Barramundi on top. Cover and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
