Chef Audrey, Coleson Foods, Inc. corporate chef, had great success with her cooking classes in select DeCA Commissaries in the Far East. Participants learned easy, healthy, practical ways to cook Coleson's Catch® seafood with what is available in their local commissaries. The participants also got to taste the Coleson's Catch® 2006 Recipe Contest prize winning entries. Congratulations to the winners, Cathy Collins from Camp Humphreys (1st Place) and Karyn Racov from Camp Foster (2nd Place)!
